We are delighted to announce our new warehouse complex of five units on Mukwa Road, in the heavy industrial area, Lusaka.

Our approach is manageable, cost effective and spacious units of between 336 and 636 sq. metres. Built to modern standards, each unit offers good natural light, ground and mezzanine offices, a kitchenette and an executive toilet. There is also a separate staff ablution block.

Cleverly designed the adjoining offices can be combined, whilst providing two separate warehouse spaces. This becomes ideal where for example one warehouse space is used for the control of spare parts (or stock) and the other a workshop, distribution and or sales bay.

unit is provided with Zesco supplied 3 phase 15Kva distribution and wired for auxiliary power.

In order to maintain a good working environment we have a waste management system, whereby all such extraneous materials are periodically removed. This results in a clean and pleasing site appearance.

There is easy access and parking for heavy goods vehicles and a purpose-built offloading ramp. A vehicle washing bay completes our facilities.

This is in a prime location off Lumumba Rd with good access to the Great North road and south towards Kafue. There is ample parking for visitors on arrival in a 15000 sq. metre walled area and 24hr security.
