Poor customer service in chipata
I tried to follow up a parcel that has delayed to be delivered to me up to now i dont have it and the mercury rep for chipata is not responding to my calls anymore

Poor Communication
Unreliable and inefficient despite efforts to get feedback on parcel status there was no response. There's need for the management to take their courier business more serious.

Horrible service
Poor service sent parcel on Thursday to solwezi at 9 from intercity the contact number had his phone off. Up to today don't even know where your located and if the parcel has been stolen
