Reviews of Mercury Express Logistics - Ndola

For 5 days my parcel wasn’t delivered until I called them and the Ndola office just said the driver was given the parcel to deliver but he went to run his own errands and only delivered the parcel in his own time how can a logistics company be this incompetent especially the Ndola office very disgusting service I am never using Mercury again

When something is sent to me, it takes days just to be delivered to my home address and whenever I call, they always say “your parcel is already with the courier” 3 days!
