Established in 2009, SUNPORTS INNOVATIONS is a company wholly owned by Zambian entrepreneurs and is the country’s leading supplier and installer of Shade ports and Carports. Our full cantilever shade ports were the first in Zambia and have been used extensively throughout the country, from the motor industry to agriculture and domestic markets. Landmark sites such as Toyota Zambia-Nangwenya, Barlow World, Lusaka International Airport Walkways and the like established SUNPORTS INNOVATIONS as pioneers in the shade port industry. More recent projects such as the Shade ports at Wah Kong Office complex, Amaris Apartments, Barloworld, Cargill, Buildcon, North Atlantic Engineering, British American Tobacco Christian Voice, Zampost and JICA offices have cemented SUNPORTS INNOVATIONS’s position in the market.

SHADEPORTS
Shade ports are a unique and economical alternative to traditional garages. They have many advantages over a garage - such as short installation time, that they cost a fraction of more traditional garages, in general do not need local authorities’ approval and the passage of air currents dries off rain and damp instead of allowing it to cling overnight. There is a great range of colours and shapes and they require a minimum amount of maintenance. Polyethylene fabric is used as the fundamental ingredient in the designs of shade ports due to its aesthetic qualities, strength, life expectancy, UV protective and waterproofing qualities.

CARPORTS
A carport offers a cost effective solution for a car shelter. SUNPORTS INNOVATIONS offers a full range of carports including the flat topped carport, the A-framed and full cantilever units with various finishes. Carports are very expandable, in that more roof area can be added as your needs or your budget increases. Some carports are even designed so that, should the need arise, they can be enclosed and turned into a garage, with a lock up door.
