Answer your phones
I have tried to do an online booking for 2 return flights, both with my UK credit card and with my Zambian Debit card, both were declined despite having sufficient funds. The email tells you phone the office - well good luck. I've tried all of their phone numbers as given as above numerous times over the last 2 hrs to no avail. Now going through my standard travel agent.

I have always enjoyed the first class service I receive each time I fly SAA! Always on time. Apologies offered when slightly delayed. Very attentive crew who meet the customers' needs on board. I give you 4 stars for now. I've compared the service I receive from KQ, Airlink and Ethiopia. In my view SAA gets more credit!
Unfortunately my heart bleeds on the Ndola route as compared to Lusaka. Each I fly it's either the flight is half empty or 75% empty! That's a big loss in my view. I'm not a frequent flyer but it's always the case when I fly SAA out of Ndola.
It's not that the route is in profitable. It poor promotion and awareness campaigns. We promoted Zambian Airways and was always overbooked! Reduce flights may not be solution.
I see many from Copperbelt connecting through Lusaka.
Please don't hesitate to contact for any further info.
