Review Poor customer service and a serious health risk

Today 06.06.2020 I bought cup cakes that had a very bad smell like parafin after I took a bite.this all happened at shoprite Lewanika mall. The branch manager a so called Mr kalyata was very unhelpful instead of worrying about my health he became sarcastic asking me stupid questions. I am taking up this matter with the health ministry and their head office.
