I have been waiting for my cylinder for a month now. I am disappointed with the services being offered. I hope you can improve in this area. I was happy when my husband bought a 2 plate gas cooker from your Kabwe branch, but now I feel its pointless to have it. We were told they dont have transport to take the cylynders to lusaka .
