Customer Relationship Manager
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with our new clients.
In this role, the ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
2. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
3. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
4. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
5. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically
6. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
7. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
8. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
9. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
10. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ need.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
3. A minimum of 3 years’ experience
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
6. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
