First I would like to recommend the good reception and excellent work of people at the reception, pharmacy the nurses young and elderly both admission and OPD.let me express my deepest disappointment of one I don't know if he's a doctor or clinical officer.who was on duty on 17th June,2017.i was admitted on 15th of June,2017 after the able medical personnel saw that my low BP wasn't improving and got discharged on 16th June,2017, to my surprise,I sat for 3hours waiting to be attended to, only to be told by a man who wore a lab coat written Dr J siame that he didn't know anything about my review when my file had been taken to him by the nurse.without showing any remorse,he went ahead to tell me there was need of me going to the clinic,low BP I just have to eat alot of salty things and low sugar levels I have to eat alot of food as he continued to peruse through my file and making statements that sounded as if my going to the hospital was very irrelevant and the doctor who admitted me wasn't in his right senses to admit me.if I don't visit the hospital how will I know that my BP is low now so I have to take salty things? Please I thought of sharing this so that if you see it in the newspaper, you're not surprised.

my granddaughter was supposedly treated. She's 3years old was suffering from malaria but her mum said the doctor did not touch the child to diagnose her.

Sadly disappointed.
